The insert features a 2.2 mm cutting width, a 15-degree right-hand lead angle, and a 7-degree relief angle, making it well suited for controlled chip evacuation during parting. The JS chipbreaker geometry supports stable cutting in both light and moderate feeds. Double-ended design extends usable insert life before indexing is required.

This insert belongs to the Do-Grip series and is intended for use in compatible ISCAR Do-Grip toolholders. It is rated for universal primary workpiece material compatibility, covering ISO material groups H, K, M, P, and S — which correspond to hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, carbon and alloy steels, and heat-resistant superalloys.
