Manufactured to PENTA 24R200Z15D geometry with IC1008 grade carbide, this insert features a 2 mm cutting width, a 15-degree right-hand lead angle, and a TiAlN plus TiN PVD coating applied for extended tool life across a broad range of workpiece materials. The Z chipbreaker geometry promotes controlled chip formation during parting cuts. Screw-type insert holding provides rigid, repeatable seating in compatible PentaCut toolholders.
