The ISCAR 6003039 is a solid carbide cutoff and grooving insert from the Do-Grip series, designed for parting and grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. The cutting width is 3.1 mm (0.122 inches), with a neutral lead angle and a 7-degree relief angle. The double-ended design extends usable tool life. Insert style is DGN with a clamp-style holding method and a J chipbreaker geometry suited for chip control in demanding cuts.
