The ISCAR 5680762 is a solid carbide milling insert designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining applications. Designated by ANSI and ISO 13399 standards as HM90 APCT 100302R-PDR IC808, this parallelogram-shaped insert features a positive rake geometry of 24 degrees and a honed cutting edge style for clean, controlled cuts. The IC808 grade substrate uses a submicron carbide matrix with a multilayer Sumotec PVD coating combining TiAlN, AlTiN, and TiN layers, delivering strong wear and heat resistance. With 2 cutting edges and a right-hand orientation, it is suited for high-productivity face and shoulder milling on CNC machining centers.

This insert is engineered for use in the ISCAR HELI2000 cutter platform and is compatible with HM90-10 series cutter bodies. It targets a broad range of primary workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys and titanium, and hard materials. Installation Notes
