The ISCAR 5669257 is a replaceable carbide milling tip designed for center drilling operations in modular end mill assemblies. Part of the Multimaster MM ECS series, this tip uses a sub-micrograin carbide substrate with IC908 grade and a PVD-applied TiAlN coating for wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The cutting diameter is 2.00 mm (0.0816 inches) with a functional length of 0.3940 inches. The 4-flute geometry and 90-degree lead angle make this tip suitable for precise center-drill entry and spot-facing applications. Right-hand cut orientation. Installed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job shop environments.

Installation Notes

Installation and tip changes must be performed with the machine spindle fully stopped and locked out per facility LOTO procedures. Use the correct Multimaster torque key or wrench to seat the tip; hand-tightening alone is not sufficient for secure engagement.
