The ISCAR 5623211 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding metal removal in production machining environments. Built on the ECI-E5-CF Chatter Free series, it features a 0.5 inch mill diameter, a 1.25 inch length of cut, and a 0.06 inch corner radius across 5 helical flutes. The submicron carbide substrate is PVD-coated with AlTiN for elevated heat resistance and extended tool life in abrasive and hard materials. Variable index geometry reduces harmonic chatter during aggressive cuts, making this tool effective for both roughing and finishing operations in a single pass.
