The ISCAR 5623105 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in a wide range of metalworking applications. With a 7/32 inch (0.2190 inch) mill diameter and a 3/8 inch (0.3750 inch) length of cut, this tool delivers consistent material removal in demanding shop environments. The TiAlN coating enhances thermal resistance and extends tool life when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. A 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The IC900 material grade is engineered for toughness and wear resistance under high-speed conditions. This tool is installed and used by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop settings.
This end mill is suited for milling operations on workpiece materials classified under ISO material groups H, K, M, P, and S, covering hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, carbon steels, and heat-resistant superalloys. The straight-cylindrical shank with a 7/32 inch diameter (0.2188 inch decimal) fits standard ER and straight-bore collet chucks. With a 2 inch overall length and regular-length classification, this tool is appropriate for standard-depth slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling where extended reach is not required. Single-end configuration means the tool is replaced rather than rotated when worn.
Compatible with ISO workpiece material groups H, K, M, P, and S. Fits standard straight-bore collet chucks and ER collet systems accepting a 7/32 inch shank diameter.
This end mill is installed by machinists and CNC operators using standard tool-holding equipment. Ensure the spindle and machine are fully stopped and powered down before changing tooling. Secure the shank fully within the collet or chuck to the recommended gauge-line depth to minimize runout and prevent tool pullout. Because this tool is not centercutting, use ramping or helical interpolation strategies rather than direct axial plunge entry.
