The ISCAR 5622922 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in both roughing and finishing operations. It features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 1.5-inch length of cut, and a 0.02-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the tool nose and extends edge life. The variable helix geometry suppresses chatter during aggressive cuts, making it well-suited for dynamic milling toolpaths. With a 5-inch overall length and a 3-inch reach length, this single-end tool provides extended access into deep pockets and stepped features.
