The ISCAR 5622605 is a carbide replaceable end milling tip designed for use with Multimaster and ChatterFree (MM EC-CF) series modular tooling systems. It features a 0.75-inch cutting width, a maximum depth of cut of 0.629 inches, and an overall functional length of 1.004 inches. The tip is manufactured from sub-micrograin carbide in manufacturer grade IC908 and carries a PVD-applied TiAlN coating for thermal resistance and edge durability. With four flutes, a 38-degree helix angle, and a 45-degree lead angle, it is suited for roughing operations across a wide range of workpiece materials. Installation and replacement are performed by licensed machinists or tooling technicians in CNC milling environments.
This milling tip is used in both production and job-shop milling applications where quick head changes are required without pulling the full toolholder. The right-hand cutting geometry and 45-degree chamfer angle make it appropriate for face milling, shoulder milling, and roughing passes on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. It conforms to ANSI standards and is compatible with Multimaster modular arbors that accept the MM EC-CF head style with a 750E62C24 insert size designation.
Designed for use with ISCAR Multimaster modular tooling holders in the MM EC-CF ChatterFree series. Insert size designation is 750E62C24. Compatible workpiece materials include steel (P), stainless steel (M), cast iron (K), non-ferrous metals (N), superalloys and titanium (S), and hard materials (H) per ISO material classification codes.
Replaceable milling tips in modular systems should be installed and torqued using the manufacturer-specified wrench for the Multimaster interface — do not use improvised tooling on the threaded shank connection. Power down and lock out the spindle before any tip change. Inspect the mating threads on the holder for wear or contamination before seating the new head. Follow applicable shop safety and machine tool standards during all tooling changes.
