The ISCAR 5622533 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for high-performance milling operations in demanding shop environments. Built to the ECI-E5-CF series specification, it features a 3/4 inch diameter with a 5-flute, single-end configuration and an AlTiN PVD coating that extends tool life when cutting ferrous and hard materials. The 45-degree chamfer angle and 0.0200 inch chamfer width allow it to deburr and finish edges in the same operation as general milling. A 38-degree medium helix with variable flute geometry reduces chatter and improves chip evacuation. This tool is typically installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working with vertical or horizontal machining centers.
