The ISCAR 5622235 is a Multimaster series end replaceable milling tip designed for indexable modular milling systems. The tip features a 6.00 mm (0.2364 inch) cutting diameter, 4 flutes, and a 45-degree helix angle. It is manufactured from submicrograin carbide in the IC908 grade with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating. These characteristics make it well suited for high-productivity milling at controlled depths. The maximum depth of cut is 5 mm (0.1970 inch), and the functional length is 10 mm (0.3940 inch). The right-hand cut geometry and 90-degree lead angle support square shoulder milling applications. Licensed ISCAR tooling specialists and CNC machinists are the primary installers of this tip style.
This milling tip fits the ISCAR Multimaster MM EC-4 series modular system and is intended for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. It is suited for use in production environments where rapid tip exchange is required without removing the holder from the spindle. The no-coolant-through design suits operations where flood or mist coolant is supplied externally at the tool. Applications include face milling, profiling, and shoulder milling on CNC machining centers handling a broad range of workpiece materials.
Designed for use with ISCAR Multimaster MM EC-4 series modular milling holders. Verify holder thread size and series designation before ordering to confirm fitment.
This tip is installed by CNC machinists or toolroom technicians following ISCAR Multimaster torque and assembly procedures. Power down and lock out the spindle before changing any indexable milling tip. Use the correct ISCAR wrench for the Multimaster interface to achieve proper seating — do not use makeshift tools that can damage the thread or seating face. Inspect the holder pocket and mating surfaces for chips or wear before installing a new tip.
