The ISCAR 5621365 is a toroidal end-replaceable milling tip in the Multimaster MM ETR series, designed for use with compatible Multimaster modular tooling holders. Built from sub-micrograin carbide and finished with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, this tip delivers thermal stability and wear resistance across a wide range of workpiece materials. The cutting diameter is 12 mm (0.4728 inches), the maximum depth of cut is 9 mm (0.3546 inches), and the functional length is 16.50 mm (0.6501 inches). With 6 flutes and a 30-degree helix angle, it is suited for productive milling in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. The manufacturer grade is IC908.

This tip is intended for use in machining environments where a right-hand, toroidal-profile milling insert is required at the MM ETR 120 size. Typical applications include finishing and semi-finishing operations in steel and stainless steel, as well as superalloy and hard-material milling where TiAlN coating provides heat resistance. Installation Notes

Installation of Multimaster replaceable tips should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician following the holder manufacturer torque and engagement procedures. Always ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe, locked-out state before changing tips. Inspect the mating holder interface for wear, debris, or damage before seating the tip. Do not use damaged or out-of-tolerance holders, as improper seating can result in tip ejection during operation.
