The ISCAR 5620951 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 3/16-inch diameter with a 1/2-inch length of cut and a 2-inch overall length. The 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. A TiAlN coating extends tool life by improving heat resistance at the cutting edge. This end mill is suited for slot milling, profiling, and peripheral milling operations on workpieces classified under material codes H, K, M, P, and S — covering hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, general steels, and heat-resistant superalloys. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard collet and end mill holders accepting a 3/16-inch shank. Its regular-length geometry makes it a practical choice for general-purpose material removal where extended reach is not required.
