The ISCAR 5620888 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. Built from submicron grain carbide and coated with TiAlN, this tool delivers extended tool life and thermal resistance in high-speed cutting applications. The 1/4 inch diameter cutter features a 1/2 inch length of cut, a 2-1/2 inch overall length, and a straight cylindrical 1/4 inch shank. With three spiral flutes and a 38-degree helix angle, it is engineered for efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes across a range of workpiece materials.

This end mill is suited for milling operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, and titanium-group materials, corresponding to ISO material groups H, K, M, P, and S.
