The ISCAR 5605659 is a chamfer-style replaceable milling tip designed for the Multimaster (MM HCD) modular tooling system. Manufactured from sub-micrograin carbide in grade IC908 with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, this tip delivers wear resistance and thermal stability across demanding milling applications. It features a 12 mm cutting diameter, a 60-degree lead angle, a 30-degree chamfer angle, and an included angle of 140 degrees. Two cutting flutes provide efficient chip evacuation. The tip is right-hand cut and mounts into compatible Multimaster-series holders. Licensed machinists and CNC tool-room technicians are the primary installers of this consumable cutting tool.

This milling tip is suited for chamfering and milling operations on a broad range of workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials (ISO material codes P, M, K, N, S, H). Installation Notes
