The ISCAR 5605206 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI designation H490 ANKX 170608PNTR IC928, designed for use in HELIDO-series face and shoulder milling operations. This double-sided, parallelogram-shaped insert features a TiAlN PVD coating applied over an IC928 substrate, delivering thermal and wear resistance during high-speed cutting. It provides four usable cutting edges per insert, a helical cutting edge style, and a negative rake geometry. The insert measures 0.6575 inches in length, 0.4410 inches across the inscribed circle, and 0.4090 inches thick, with a corner radius of 0.0315 inches (1/32 inch). Installation Notes
