The ISCAR 5604343 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the manufacturer designation HP ANCT 070204PN-R in grade IC928. It is a single-sided, parallelogram-shaped insert with an 85-degree included angle and a right-hand cutting orientation. The TiAlN coating is applied via PVD process, delivering strong wear resistance and thermal stability during high-speed milling operations. The honed cutting edge with a negative rake angle and a chip breaker style R provides controlled chip formation. With two cutting edges and a corner radius of 0.0157 inches, this insert is suited for precision stock removal in demanding milling applications across the metalworking and machining trades.
This insert is designed for milling steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium workpieces. It belongs to the HELIPLUS series and is compatible with cutter bodies HP-ANK-07 and HP .90-07.
