The ISCAR 5601321 is a solid carbide milling insert designed for high-performance material removal in CNC milling applications. Manufactured to the CR D.75-QF IC328 specification, this ball nose insert features a 0.75 inch inscribed circle, a 0.375 inch corner radius, and a TiCN coating applied via PVD process. The IC328 grade and QF chip breaker geometry are engineered for cutting steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. With a positive rake angle and honed cutting edge style, the insert promotes clean chip flow and reduced cutting forces. Installation is handled by a screw-hold method on compatible CM series toolholders.

This insert is suited for milling operations in aerospace, die and mold, and general machining environments where difficult-to-machine materials are common. It is intended for use by machinists and CNC operators running ball nose end mill bodies in the ISCAR CM cutter series. The right-hand, single-sided design provides two cutting edges per insert.
