The ISCAR 5568900 is a solid carbide turning insert in the WNMG432-F3M geometry, designed for precision external and internal turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries the IC807 manufacturer grade and features a TiAlN plus TiN multilayer coating applied via PVD process under the SumoTec proprietary coating designation. The trigon insert shape provides an 80-degree included angle, a 0.8 mm corner radius, and a maximum depth of cut of 1.50 mm. At 8.70 mm in length, 12.70 mm inscribed circle, and 4.76 mm in thickness, this insert is sized to the ISO 13399 standard WNMG 432 form factor. It is intended for right-hand cutting and is part of the Isoturn series.

Installation Notes
