The ISCAR 5568610 is a carbide turning insert with ANSI code SNMG432-PP and ISO code SNMG120408, designed for external turning operations on CNC and manual lathes. It carries a PVD-applied TiAlN, AlTiN, and TiN multilayer coating under ISCAR's proprietary SumoTec designation, grade IC830. The insert has a square shape with a 90-degree included angle, negative side clearance, and a positive rake geometry. The PP chip breaker is suited for roughing and medium machining passes. Installation Notes

This insert is installed and indexed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Power down and lock out the machine tool before changing inserts.
