The ISCAR 5550499 is a VCMT332SM solid carbide turning insert with an IC807 manufacturer grade and a PVD-applied TiAlN coating. It features a 35-degree diamond (V) insert shape with a positive rake geometry, a 7-degree relief angle (clearance code C), and an SM chip breaker design. The inscribed circle measures 3/8 inch (0.375 inches), and the corner radius is 1/32 inch (0.0313 inches). Insert length is 0.6535 inches (16.60 mm), thickness is 3/16 inch (0.1875 inches), and maximum depth of cut is 0.0984 inches (2.50 mm).
