The ISCAR 5530106 is a solid carbide helical boring bar designed for internal turning and bore finishing operations on CNC lathes and machining centers. It cuts right-hand and carries a TiAlN finish coating over a grade IC908 carbide substrate, making it well-suited for hard and difficult-to-machine materials at elevated cutting temperatures. The bar has a 6 mm shank diameter and a 34 mm overall length. Minimum bore diameter is 0.1575 inches (4.00 mm) and maximum bore depth is 0.4724 inches (12.00 mm). A 0.2 mm corner radius supports finishing passes with controlled surface geometry. Installation and setup are performed by machinists and CNC tooling technicians.

This boring bar is suited for small-diameter internal boring applications in precision machining environments, including job shops, production machining cells, and toolrooms.
