The ISCAR 5509504 is a WNMG432-GN trigon turning insert manufactured from solid carbide and coated with AlTiN and TiN via a PVD coating process. It carries the IC830 manufacturer grade and belongs to the Isoturn series. The insert features an 80-degree included angle, a 1/2-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/32-inch corner radius. With an insert length of 8.71 mm (0.343 inches) and a thickness of 3/16 inch (0.1875 inches), it is designed for double-ended use.
