The ISCAR 5507665 is a CNMG432NR-geometry indexable turning insert in the Isoturn series, manufactured from solid carbide with a CVD-applied multilayer coating of TiCN, Al2O3, and TiN. This insert fits standard CNMG toolholders using a clamp-and-pin holding method and is designed for external and internal turning operations. The 80-degree diamond shape provides a strong cutting edge geometry, while the NR chip breaker is engineered to manage chip flow during continuous cutting.
