The ISCAR 3602100 is a right-hand DDJN-style indexable turning toolholder from the Isoturn series, designed for negative-rake external turning operations on CNC and manual lathes. It accepts DN-type inserts held by a clamp-style clamping method and delivers a 93-degree lead angle with a rake angle of -6 degrees. The shank measures 1 inch wide by 1 inch tall, with an overall length of 6 inches and a head length of 1.54 inches. The back-of-bar to cutting edge distance is 1.25 inches. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this holder for general-purpose turning in production and job-shop environments.

This toolholder is suited for right-hand cutting direction in standard turning applications on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. The DDJN geometry positions the insert at a 93-degree lead angle, which is common in facing and longitudinal turning setups. The holder does not include coolant-through capability, so external coolant delivery is used when required. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a machinist or CNC tooling technician. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before seating or changing the toolholder or insert. Secure the shank fully within the tool block or turret pocket to the depth specified by the machine manufacturer, and confirm insert seating and clamp torque before resuming cuts. Do not run the tool with a damaged or improperly seated insert.
