The ISCAR 3401138 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill from the ECI-4-VF series, designed for demanding metal removal in both roughing and finishing operations. It measures 0.75 inches in diameter with a 4-inch length of cut, a 7-inch overall length, and a 0.03-inch corner radius that protects the cutting edge and improves surface finish at part transitions. The tool features 4 flutes with a right-hand spiral flute direction, variable index geometry, and an AlTiCrSiN PVD coating for extended tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. The Weldon flat shank with an h6 shank tolerance provides secure clamping in compatible toolholders.
