The ISCAR 3398549 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill from the ECI-5-VF series, designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built with 5 flutes and a 0.015-inch corner radius, this tool supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single pass. The AlTiCrSiN PVD coating provides excellent heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. A variable index flute geometry reduces chatter and harmonic vibration, extending tool life and improving surface finish on difficult workpiece materials.

This end mill is engineered for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
