The ISCAR 3398380 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding material applications. Part of the ECI-5-VF series, it features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 2 inch length of cut, and a 0.015 inch corner radius that reduces edge chipping and extends tool life in difficult workpiece materials. The submicron carbide substrate is finished with an AlTiCrSiN PVD coating, providing excellent heat and wear resistance. With five flutes and a variable index geometry, this end mill balances material removal rate with surface finish quality. It is installed and run by machinists and CNC operators working in production or job-shop environments.

This end mill is engineered for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
