The ISCAR 3367528 is an indexable cutoff blade tool block designed for parting and grooving operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built to the TGTBQ style, this tool block accepts compatible indexable blades and delivers rigid, repeatable clamping through a modular interface. The shank measures 1 inch in height and 1 inch in width, fitting standard square-shank turret pockets. Overall length is 150mm, overall height is 64mm, and overall width is 32mm. Coolant-through capability allows direct coolant delivery to the cutting zone, extending blade life and improving chip evacuation during deep cutoff applications. Licensed machinists and CNC setup technicians are the primary installers.
This tool block is suited for production turning environments where consistent parting depth and blade changeability are priorities. The modular design allows blade swaps without removing the block from the turret, reducing setup time. With a maximum depth of cut of 1.615 inches and a maximum workpiece diameter of 3.230 inches, it handles a broad range of bar stock and turned-component applications in both job-shop and production settings. The head length projection is 53mm, providing clearance for typical chuck and turret configurations.
Compatible with TGAQ and DGAQ series indexable blades with a 61mm blade height. Manufacturer catalog number TGTBQ 25.4R-D82-JHP. Designed as an OEM-style modular tool block for use within the ISCAR LOGIQFGRIP TGTBQ system.
Installation is performed by qualified CNC machinists or toolroom technicians. Power down and lock out the machine before mounting or removing the tool block from the turret. Confirm shank seating and clamping torque per the machine tool manufacturer specifications before running. Verify coolant-through port alignment with the machine turret coolant supply before operation.
