The ISCAR 3323469 is a solid carbide milling insert designed for high-feed face milling operations. Manufactured under the MILL4FEED series and identified by ANSI code FFQ4 SOMT 090412HP IC830, this insert features a square shape with a 90-degree included angle and four usable cutting edges. The IC830 grade carbide substrate is coated with an AlTiN and TiN multilayer using a PVD Sumotec process, producing a wear-resistant surface suited for aggressive cutting conditions. At 3.80 mm thick and 8.50 mm wide, with a corner radius of 1.20 mm, the insert is engineered for controlled, positive-rake cutting with a maximum depth of cut of 1.40 mm. Licensed HVAC and metalworking professionals install this as a replaceable cutting element in compatible milling tool bodies.
The ISCAR 3323469 is a single-sided, neutral-hand insert intended for use in FFQ4-series high-feed milling cutters. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium, covering ISO material groups P, M, and S. The HP chip breaker geometry supports interrupted and continuous cuts in these demanding materials. Typical applications include face milling, shoulder milling, and pocket milling on machining centers where high metal removal rates and tool life are priorities. The screw-lock insert holding method provides secure seating during high-feed passes. This insert is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 10 units.
