The ISCAR 2393886 is a single-end, right-hand indexable cutoff blade designed for grooving, parting, and turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. It carries the DGPAD blade style and belongs to the Do-Grip JetHPLine Modular Grip series. The blade measures 33 mm high, 7.2 mm wide, and 45.5 mm overall length. It accepts DG-style inserts with a nominal insert width of 1.9 mm, with compatibility extending up to 2.5 mm insert width. The self-grip insert holding method locks inserts securely under cutting loads, reducing setup time and improving repeatability at the machine. Licensed machinists and CNC tooling specialists handle installation and setup.
This blade is suited for parting and grooving operations on workpieces up to 1.2598 inches (32 mm) in diameter. It is compatible with the Modular Grip JHP toolholder system and mounts into C-style MAHD-JHP, MAHPD-JHP, MAHPR/L-JHP, and MAHR/L-JHP tool blocks. Typical applications include high-pressure coolant turning cells in production environments where Do-Grip JetHPLine tooling is already deployed. The cutting height is 24 mm, allowing adequate clearance on standard-diameter bar work. This blade is indexed to ISO 13399 standards for tooling data compatibility with CAM and tool management software.

Installation is performed by a qualified CNC machinist or tooling technician. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before seating or removing the blade from the tool block. Insert the blade into the Modular Grip tool block per the manufacturer assembly sequence and verify positive seating before applying cutting loads. Confirm insert orientation and engage the self-grip clamping feature fully before running the machine.
