This extension is intended for use with 1/4-inch round shank Speedbor-style bits only. It is pouched for jobsite or van-inventory storage. Typical applications include residential rough-in drilling for electrical or plumbing runs through deep plates and headers, as well as any task requiring extended reach beyond what a standard bit provides. It is not compatible with hex shank or SDS-style bits. The 6-inch model pairs with the 88601 12-inch variant for additional reach options when needed.

Compatibility
