Product Description

Ips 81850 is a galvanized steel base roof flashing with an elastomer collar designed for 1-1/4 inch or 1-1/2 inch vent pipes. The 24-gauge galvanized base measures 8-3/4" x 12-1/2" and fits roof pitches up to 45 degrees, forming a watertight seal around plumbing vents. The elastomer collar is tested for ultraviolet, ozone, and weather resistance and is heat tested to 180°F.
