The IPEX 9883020 is a Schedule 80 CPVC threaded nipple designed to connect two female-threaded (FPT) fittings in pressure piping systems. Measuring 3/4 inch in diameter and 2 inches in length, this nipple is molded from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) with a design stress rating of 2,000 psi at 73 degrees F. It supports a maximum continuous service temperature of 200 degrees F under pressure, with tolerance for occasional exposure to boiling water at 212 degrees F.
