The IO HVAC CONTROLS MD-2512-BM is a 25" x 12" rectangular zone damper with a Belimo 3-wire actuator and bottom mount. This damper features extruded aluminum parallel blades and a 24V power close/power open actuator. It is designed for residential applications and is rated for duct systems less than 1.0" WC. Includes a simple adjustment for setting the minimum position.
