The HD-1210-BM-PO is a 12" x 10" Two-Position Zone Damper - Bottom Mount - Powered Open manufactured by iO HVAC. These dampers feature extruded aluminum parallel blades and come complete with a 24 volt spring return actuator. Designed for installation in any position, they are rated for duct systems less than 1.0" WC and include a simple adjustment for setting the minimum position.
