Product Description

International Comfort Products EVD4X48M24A is a cased evaporator coil for 4-ton HVAC systems using Power-V (V-coil) technology configured for upflow or downflow installation. It includes a factory-installed, refrigerant-specific thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) preset to approximately 10 degrees of superheat, a corrosion-resistant PBT condensate pan with three watertight drain plugs, sweat refrigerant connections with straight tube for braze-less fittings, factory UV knockouts, and meets or exceeds 1900 psi burst pressure. The coil is removable from the front without tools after door removal and refrigerant line disconnection, facilitating service and cleaning.
