Product Description

The TX-E401 Garage Door Tilt Sensor from Interlogix provides reliable intrusion detection for garage structures. This sensor is easy to install on any garage door, eliminating the need for magnet alignment. Once installed, the sensor effectively monitors the door's position.

When the alarm system is activated, the tilt sensor sends an open or close signal to the control panel each time the garage door operates. If the door opens beyond a forty-five degree angle while the system is armed, the sensor triggers an alarm, activating the siren and notifying the monitoring center. Designed to minimize false alarms, the sensor also includes a slow loop response feature that prevents activation due to normal wind movement.
