The INGERSOLL CUTTING TOOLS 5801934 is a solid carbide milling insert designed for high-performance metal cutting in demanding machining environments. Offered in the APKT160448R ISO geometry with manufacturer grade IN1030, this right-hand, single-sided insert features a TiCN coating applied via PVD process, which provides excellent wear resistance and edge integrity. The parallelogram-shaped insert carries a positive rake angle, an 11-degree relief angle, and two cutting edges per insert. It measures 0.636 inches in length, 0.375 inches in inscribed circle diameter, and 0.206 inches thick. Coarse grain carbide substrate supports high toughness in interrupted cuts. This insert is intended for milling operations on steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium workpieces - material application codes P, M, and S. Installation Notes
