The IMPORT CH100 ST12 is a four-way drill chuck key designed for use with heavy-duty drill chucks ranging from 3/8 to 3/4 inches. This single key accommodates four key numbers — K2, K3, K32, and K4 — allowing a technician or machinist to service multiple chuck sizes without carrying separate keys. It is a practical bench and field tool for trade professionals who work with drill presses, hand drills, and similar rotating equipment. The multi-key design reduces tool changeover time during chuck tightening and removal tasks across a broad range of industrial and commercial equipment.
This four-way chuck key is suited for workshop, job-site, and light industrial environments where heavy-duty drill chucks in the 3/8 to 3/4 inch range are in regular use. Compatible key numbers K2, K3, K32, and K4 cover a wide array of commonly specified chuck models found on drill presses and portable drills in commercial and industrial settings. It is a standard consumable replacement stocked by maintenance departments, machine shops, and trade contractors who maintain drilling equipment.
Compatible with the following product numbers: 11N, 14N, 16N, 18N, 2A, 2BA3/8, 32BA1/2, 33, 3326A, 3326E, 33BA1/2, 33BA3/8, 33BA5/8, 33KD, 34-02, 34-06, 34-33, 34-33C, 35B1/2, 36, 36B3/4, 36B5/8, 36KD, 36PD, 3A, 3B5/8, 3KD, and 3PD. Designed for use with 3/8 to 3/4 inch heavy-duty drill chucks using key numbers K2, K3, K32, or K4.
Chuck key service is typically performed by machinists, maintenance technicians, or qualified tradespeople familiar with rotary drilling equipment. Before tightening or removing a drill chuck, ensure the drill or drill press is fully powered down and the bit or arbor has come to a complete stop. Insert the correct key-number end of the four-way key firmly into the chuck collar socket before applying torque. Never leave a chuck key inserted in a chuck when the machine is unattended or about to be powered on.
