The IMPORT 22432 is a high speed steel jobber-length drill bit designed for general-purpose drilling in steel, cast iron, and similar ferrous materials. It measures 11/64 inch (0.1719 inch decimal) in diameter with an overall length of 3.25 inches and a flute length of 2.125 inches. The 118-degree split point reduces walking on entry and lowers the thrust force needed to start a hole without a center punch. A black and gold oxide coating provides light lubricity and corrosion resistance during storage and use. This bit is installed and used by machinists, pipefitters, electricians, and general trade professionals.

The 22432 is suited for production and maintenance drilling in residential and light commercial trade applications. Its straight cylindrical shank accepts standard drill chucks on corded and cordless drills as well as drill presses.
