Imperial IMP1610 is a burner and gas valve assembly supplied without an orifice, intended as an OEM replacement for Imperial commercial ranges and broilers. The IMP1610 regulates gas flow to the burner to maintain consistent heating and even cooking. The assembly measures approximately 3.1 x 1.15 x 0.9 inches and weighs about 454 g (1.00 lb), and installs in place of the original valve.
