Product Description

Ideal Industries 30-353XJ is a PowerPlug luminaire disconnect that provides a three-wire push-in connection for safe disconnection of hot and neutral ballast wiring. The connector accepts 12 to 18 AWG solid conductors and rated up to 600 V, 6 A, with a nylon housing and copper alloy contacts. It fits through 1/2-inch knockouts and meets UL and CSA finger-probe safety requirements for non-residential lighting installations and retrofits.

• Patented push-in connection locks wires without screws; compatible with solid and specified stranded and tin-bonded conductors (12-18 AWG solid; 12-14 AWG stranded; specified tin-bonded sizes).
• Electrical ratings: 600 V voltage rating, 6 A current rating; nylon housing with copper alloy contacts and tin-plated finish; temperature rating 221 deg F (105 deg C).
