The IDEAL B4-B is a standard twist-on wire connector designed for making secure, insulated electrical splices in residential and commercial wiring applications. Rated at 600 volts with a maximum operating temperature of 221 degrees F, this connector accepts wire gauges down to 2 AWG. The flame-retardant shell resists ignition and slows flame propagation, meeting requirements for installations where fire resistance is specified. Licensed electricians and journeymen use this connector for branch circuit splices, device connections, and general low-voltage and line-voltage wiring in junction boxes and panels. Each package contains 250 connectors.

The B4-B connector is suited for use in residential branch circuit wiring, commercial electrical rough-in, and light industrial applications where 600-volt-rated splices are required. Installation Notes
