The IDEAL 83-2151 is a partially insulated circular ring terminal designed for crimp connections on 22 to 18 AWG conductors. The terminal features a brass contact with TiN (titanium nitride) plating and a red vinyl insulation sleeve that provides partial coverage at the barrel end. Overall length is 1.055 inches and ring width is 0.394 inches, making it suitable for 1/4-inch stud terminations. Licensed electricians and low-voltage technicians install these terminals when securing wire ends to screw or stud-type connection points. The terminal meets UL and cUL listing requirements and is RoHS compliant.
