The Ideal 60 UnderGround wire connector is a pre-filled, twist-on connector that secures and protects wire connections for below-grade, wet-location and direct burial applications. It uses a 100% silicone-based sealant and an expanding live-action square-wire spring to provide moisture resistance and secure electrical contact. Rated for conductors #20 to #10 AWG in specified combinations, the connector features a flame-retardant thermoplastic shell and is intended for single-use.
