The INTERNATIONAL COMFORT PRODUCTS RGS150LECA0AAT is a 12.5-ton, two-stage, dual-circuit commercial packaged rooftop unit combining gas heating with electric cooling in a single, factory-wired and precharged assembly. Designed for 460/3/60 electrical service and operating on R410A refrigerant, this convertible unit ships ready for downflow or horizontal airflow installation without special adapter curbs. The exclusive IGC solid-state control board provides on-board diagnostics with LED error code readout, burner control logic, and energy-saving fan motor delay. A medium static blower with variable frequency drive (VFD) and belt-drive evaporator fan system rounds out the core mechanical package. Licensed commercial HVAC technicians are the intended installing trade.
This unit is intended for commercial rooftop applications requiring medium gas heat output paired with substantial cooling capacity. Convertible airflow configuration makes it suitable for a range of curb and structural conditions without additional adapter hardware. The outdoor cooling operation range extends up to 115 degrees F and down to 30 degrees F, with accessory winter start kit support down to 25 degrees F for units in the 6-ton through 12.5-ton range. Single-point gas and electrical connections simplify rough-in on new construction and retrofit jobs alike.
Designed as an OEM commercial rooftop packaged gas electric unit. No specific compatible model numbers or replacement part numbers were provided in the product data.
Installation must be performed by a licensed commercial HVAC technician familiar with 460-volt three-phase electrical systems and local mechanical and gas codes. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power and shut off the gas supply at the service valve before any service work. Thru-the-base or thru-the-curb gas line routing is supported; routing selection should be confirmed during pre-installation planning against local IFGC requirements. The no-strip screw panel system and easy-grip access handles allow controlled access to the blower, control box, and compressors without special tooling.
