Product Description

Hydrolevel 45-170 Safgard 170 is an electrically operated low water cutoff with automatic reset for 120V boiler systems. A probe installed in the boiler shell completes a circuit when contacted by water; if water drops below the probe the circuit opens and de-energizes the burner circuit to protect the boiler. The control provides SPDT contacts, alarm contact provisions, 7 VA power consumption, switching capacity of 5.8 FLA and 34.8 LRA, and a 160 psi pressure rating.
