The HUNTER FAN 59211 is a 52-inch ceiling fan designed for residential installation in modern or casual living spaces. It ships with an integrated bowl-style light kit featuring cased white glass and two 9.8-watt dimmable LED bulbs. The WhisperWind motor delivers strong airflow while keeping operating noise low. A universal handheld remote control for both fan and light functions is included. The reversible motor allows the installer to switch between downdraft mode for summer cooling and updraft mode for winter heat redistribution. This fan is appropriate for installation by electricians or experienced DIYers working in standard residential settings.
The 59211 suits residential bedrooms, living rooms, and casual common areas where a clean-line, mid-century modern aesthetic is appropriate. The Installers Choice 3-position mounting system supports standard flat-ceiling, angled-ceiling, and low-ceiling configurations. Both a 3-inch and a 2-inch downrod are included to set the correct blade height for optimal air circulation. Reversible 2-color blades with a 13-degree pitch allow the owner to match the fan finish to the room decor while maintaining efficient airflow geometry.
Compatible with Hunter universal remote controls and Hunter wall controls. The included handheld remote is a universal fan/light controller. The 3-position mounting system accommodates standard, angled, and low-ceiling junction boxes.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician or a qualified installer in accordance with NEC guidelines and local electrical codes. Shut off the circuit breaker supplying the ceiling outlet box before beginning any wiring work. The outlet box must be rated for ceiling fan support; a standard light-fixture box is not adequate. Both the 3-inch and 2-inch downrods are included, so select the appropriate rod to achieve safe blade clearance from the ceiling and floor before finalizing the mount.
