The Hubbell HBL8200SGRA is a tamper-resistant, hospital-grade duplex receptacle rated 15 A at 125 V (NEMA 5-15R) designed for flush-mount installations. It features a polybutylene terephthalate face and base, brass contact/strap, and integral wire lead for installation. The device is rated for -40 to 75 °C operation, meets UL and CSA standards, and is intended for extra heavy-duty hospital or heavy-use environments.
